So easy to reach from all over the country

From the M5 - the main road way!

Exit M5 at Junction 28. Head for Cullompton town centre taking the B3181 towards Broadclyst/Exeter. Continue for approximately 3 miles out of the town and at the Merry Harriers Public House turn left – following signposts to Langford. Immediately after hump back bridge turn right. Newcourt Barton is situated at the top of the road on a T. Junction on the left

From the A30 - through the country lanes way!

Exit the A30 at ' Iron Bridge ' exit signed for 'Ottery St Mary'. Follow the signs for Fairmile. At the Fairmile Inn turn right. Follow local road for 6 miles through the villages of Talaton and Clyst Hydon. One mile out of the village of Clyst Hydon you will pass a row of red brick houses on your right hand side, Langford Green. Take the next turning left following signpost to Langford. Newcourt Barton is situated at the top of the hill on a T Junction on the left.
