We provide single, double, twin, family room and family suite accommodation.

Double/Twin ensuite room: From £60 per night

Single Occupancy in double ensuite room: From £35 per night

Family ensuite room Double Bed and Single Bed (extra bed/cot available if required): From £65 per night

Family Suite Double Bed and 2 single beds in an adjoining room (extra bed/cot available if required): From £70 per night

All tariffs are inclusive of Full English Breakfast and all facilities.

A deposit is required with booking. No VAT.
We accept cash or cheques. There will be a 3% charge on payments by card.

Check in time is normally between 4pm - 7pm.
Just let us know if you wish to arrive at any other time

There are many local restaurants and inns within a mile providing fine and varied local food or Cullompton has a wide choice of take away outlets.

Visit the Five Bells a local 16th Century Thatched Inn where you can enjoy excellent food in front of the log fire or on a warm summers evening within the picturesque beer garden. Meet the locals at the Blacksmiths Arms a nearby village inn where you can sample some real ales and experience country life. Alternatively if you fancy just a good pint or glass of wine and delicious food then the Merry Harriers a main road pub is within a good walk.

Booking Terms and Conditions. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your visit, a full refund will be given. If you cancel between 2-14 days prior to your visit, the deposit becomes non refundable. Cancellation after this time, or failure to arrive, will result in the full amount becoming payable.
